Aktivierung Ariane TU-134

Hallo zusammen!
Ein Mitglied aus unserer Fliegergruppe hat sich die Arianedesign TU-134(special Edition) bei SimMarket gekauft.
Da es weder von SimMarket eine gute oder garkeine Anleitung gab, und im normalen Manual von Ariane auch nicht viel sinnvolles stand. Danach hab ich ihm dann ne E-Mail auf Englisch verfasst, darauf gabs dann folgende Antwort:

"Simmarket Customers substitute the order ID with their SIMMARKET ORDER ID
and the password with their telephone number as printed on their Simmarket Order)

Select the OFFLINE option - no need to go online.
Start up FS9
Load our BASE PACK aircraft (737 or Tu134)
Press FLY NOW
A red box appear on the screen (Tu134 users please pull down the activate menu in FS9)
Press the A key on your keyboard (Tu134 users please follow instructions)
Enter your First & Last names & email address (as they appear on your order)
Enter your ORDER ID and PASSWORD (Simmarket users please use method above).
Click the OFFLINE button at the end of the activation program as instructed. The program will automatically start IE and make an e-mail for you to send to us (Internet Exploer can be Version 6 or 7) . If IE does not start, please start it yourself and the mail should appear.
AOL or other mail service? Install IE6 to get the code & copy and paste it to your mail service"

Allerdings, würde mich jetzt mal interessieren was man auswählen muss, denn in dem Menü stehen zwei Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, nämlich:
"Activation Request..." und
"Activate"

Was muss man denn da nun nehmen? Bei Activation Request soll man eine USER ID , USER NAME, und USER MAIL angeben.
Was ist denn die USER ID
und bei "Activate" kommt ein großes weisses Feld, wo man normalerweise den von Ariane generierten Code eingeben soll.
Also wer durch das ganze hier oben durchsteigt, hat einen Orden verdient!

Ich hoffe das jemand helfen kann, denn laut google ist er nicht der einzige mit dem Käse...
