Ah, sorry. JBCheck is a perl script. Launch it with either of:
chmod +x JBCheck
./JBCheck
or
perl JBCheck
JBCheck inspects your machine looking for issues known to break either
JBuilder or JBuilder's installer. It will tell you what issues it finds,
and suggest ways for you to fix them.

Just about everyone encounters problems installing on RH 7.1. You
are not alone. I created JBCheck because I was getting carpal tunnel
responding to everyone who posts about Linux installation issues across
the sea of linux distributions.
JBCheck should identify everything in one go, rather than us doing a
vollyball game here as we work through the various things that break it,
one issue at a time...
