lies dir hier mal die faq 11 durch!

Q11: After I've installed the software for my USB dongle I get a error message the License is not correct and I need to get a License.DAT file. Where can I find this file?

A11: When you receive this error message, there can be the following problem:

- You download the Software for another dongle. Please make sure you are using the Software that is compatible with your dongle.
- The License Code is missing from your dongle. This is a Hardware defect and the dongle must be replaced

hast du die selbe fehlermeldung?

ich würde mich mal wirklich an den support von anycom wenden!
