As a airbusbuilder you would have to have this

with this software you can simply connect a POT of a Joystick and you can than controle the POTs (left and right lever) with this...

just use a USB joystick and it will be working fine..

Have a look at the manuals to understand it a bit.

PS beside controle the pots this software give you the really fly-by-wire feeling what no other software can do for you or FS even itself...
