Problem mit dem Sinkflug der PMDG 737

Habe das Manual vor mir...natürlich englisch.....
Ich kann das nicht verstehen:
Ich wollte ja wissen, was in dem Feld TRANS LVL rein gehört.
Der englische Text dazu ist:
"The transistion level for the destination airports ist displayed in 1L. The transistion level can be modified by upselecting from the scratchpad."
Bitte wo bekomme ich den Wert her den ich eingeben kann?
Dann im englischen Manual:
Für WIND steht dort ein Wert ALT 3L.....aber was für eine (welche) Höhe ist damit gemeint?
"Wind altiude speed and direction entries are made by the crew based upon reportd conditions, observed conditions (use the wind indication on the NAV Display) or forcast conditions in order to assist the FMC in computing te descent profile as defined ub the flight plan."

Ich verstehe kein Wort......
