Ganz einfach.

In einem Modul folgendes einfügen:

Public Declare Function CreateEllipticRgn Lib "gdi32" (ByVal X1 As Long, ByVal Y1 As Long, ByVal X2 As Long, ByVal Y2 As Long) As Long

Dann machst du eine Form mit einem Button (command1)
Und in Form_load folgendes eintrgaen:

  SetWindowRgn Command1.hWnd, CreateEllipticRgn(5, 5, 195, 195), True
