Also ich habe alles de-installiert und jetzt wieder installiert. Am Anfang lag es an die Verlinkung in der Scenery.cfg, warum auch immer installiert Tileproxy die BGL-Verzeichnisse immer unter ".../Microsoft Games/" statt unter ".../Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator 9\". In der Scenery stand unter "LOCAL=..\TileProxy Photoreal World\1001", daher konnte FS9 die Verzeichnisse anscheinend nicht finden. Jetzt habe ich das manuell korrigiert. Habe anschliessend die Load.bat Datei aktiviert und jetzt kommt im DOS-Fenster folgende Meldung:
