Du meinst, ob es möglich ist, dass ich Dir mündlich die Erlaubnis gebe, Werke zu verändern, an denen ich das Urheberrecht halte? Klar, warum sollte das nicht gehen. Es gibt nur für sehr wenige Dinge ein Schriftformerfordernis ( so nennt sich das). Ich denke aber, hier wäre ist das doch eher per Mail geschehen.

Übrigens gab's den Streit um diese Urheberrechtsgeschichten schon vorher. Chris hätte gut daran getan, dies vor der Veröffentlichung zu klären. AVSIM hat dementsprechend auch die Veröffentlichung unterlassen. Dass der Autor dann das File nach all diesen Problemen selbst auf eine Seite in's Netz gestellt hat, ist nicht unbedingt diplomatisch.

Seine Meinung dazu gibt's hier:

You know, this is a sad day for the FS community.
I began work on this scenery immediately after returning from St. Maarten because I saw that many people wanted it. I started the scenery as a freeware project, and maintained all along that it would be a freeware project.

I spent what I estimate to be 250 hours creating ground textures, meticulously aligning them by hand on the ground, creating approximately 30 macro's by hand in FSDS, including photorealisitic and completely accurate terminal buildings, hangars, and surrounding properties. I finally compiled the entire work into one scenery package, zipped it up, and sent it off to a couple FS sites.

I did all of this work of my own volition, because I wanted to give something back to the community.

Yet, now, because one person makes some outlandish accusation, no one can enjoy the scenery file.

Not only that, but after feeling a great sense of accomplishment and pride in my first scenery package a few days ago, I feel nothing but sad now.

Not only has all of my hard work basically gone to waste, but my name has been dragged through the mud by one individual, and AVSIM has let it go on.

It's no wonder that most of the prolific designers in the FS community have gone commercial - there's none of this crap to deal with!

I try to produce a freeware scenery package for the FS community, and in return, get nothing back but accusations of immorality and my name dragged through the mud.

Let me extend my apologies to the people who were looking forward to this scenery. I'm truly sorry that AVSIM felt they had to take this stance.

Ich hab mir die Szenerie gesaugt und sie gefällt mir ganz prima. Ich fliege zwar selten in diese Gegend aber ist ja auch egal.

Funktionieren bei euch das VOR und das NDB???

Die Frequenzen aus MSFS funktionieren bei mir nicht mehr. Und hat jemand Anflugkarten für dieses Eiland oder nen guten Link wo ich sie herbekomme?

laut FSNav funzen bei mir sowohl VOR als auch NDB.

Hab AirFrance gerade mal angemailt, mal sehen was kommt.
