V2= Mindestgeschwindigkeit im Anfangssteigflug wenn ein Triebwerk ausfällt.

Das ist nich ganz richtig V2 ist halt ne sichere steiggeschwindigkeit für engine failure die in der nähe von Yx mit engine out liegt



Die offiziellen Definitionen sehen so aus:

V1:

Take Off Decision Speed
V1 can not be lower then VEF plus speed acceleration which is required to recognize the engine failure and react to this event. Assumed reaction time is 1second. The higher borders of the V1 are VMBE or VR.


Vr:
Take Off Decision Speed

V2
Take Off Climb Speed

This speed must be reached 35ft above the rwy and has to be continued in case of engine failure during the climb – in take off configuration. The V2 is nearly equivalent to the best angle of climb speed with one engine out.
The lower boundaries for V2 are:
- 1,2 x VS
- 1,1 x VMCA
