Spam? Was wollen die von mir?

Ich habe das heute auf meine E-mail bekommen, habe dieser Firma oder was das ist noch nie geschrieben, was wollen die von mir, die meinen ich spame sie! Dabei habe ich denen noch nie gemailt, wisst ihr was das ist????
