ich habe mir das angesehen, ist leider sehr schlecht beschrieben:

I/O Chip is located near the edge of the motherboard, close to the fifth PCI expansion slot

auf diesen kommt es an

hast du
Winbond 83977EF
dann darfst du maximal das Bios MI412 verwenden

hast du
83977EF-AW
dann musst du auf die PCB Version des Boards schauen:
1.3 -> maximal MI413
1.4-> maximal MI414

ich nehme jetzt an du hast Winbond 83977EF
-> deshalb:
If you flash in wrong bios, Screen is able to up still, try "boot block method" to flash back with bios or reach a local EPROM WRITER for help with bios from our FTP

also nimm wieder MI412 und probiere es retour zu flashen
