In FS2K2, trim is always off from 0 deg when an AC is loaded. An error in the code. That was fixed in FS9.As far as getting correct trim angle in flight:
"Cmo", in AIR file Record 1101 offsets 'trim'. Making it more positive (less negative)pitches the nose down, so Trim has to be set more postitive. Typically, Trim is near 0.0 degrees in cruise, and positive for TO. Check with ALT hold on to see how it changes with CG, Weight, and speed.
