Hallo Joachim,

klar...kann möglich sein, aber dann muß die Szenerie wirklich sehr (!) schnell wieder gelöscht worden sein. Ich schau so ca. alle 12 Stunden bei AVSIM 'rein und sehe mir an was unter "what's new" zu finden ist. Da war die besagte Hongkong Szenerie bisher nicht dabei, aber egal...

Nö ist nicht egal....... deshalb hier ein neuer Sachstand von gestern Abend.

Tja, man sollte sich halt nicht auf Aussagen von anderen verlassen, gut das ich das sonst ganz selten mache. Denn auf einmal hat die Person Ihre Aussage bezüglich Ort des geladenen ZIP File der Hong Kong Scenery geändert.

I've downloaded photographic scenery for Hong Kong (pvhk11.zip) and in the credits, the author states "All textures are supplied by Google Earth (C) free version and manipulated according to the user agreements."

I understood that the Google Earth textures were copyright and for personal use only. Can anyone confirm this?

Hmmm, that's what I thought. Perhaps it should be removed from the Avsim library.

Ooops, I meant the Flightsim library.

Nur das stimmt ja auch nicht, denn dort bei Flightsim ist sie ja noch erhältlich, da hatte ich gestern Morgen im Zuge dieses Threads nachgeschaut. Ev. war sie dort temporär nicht vorhanden oder der Link hatte gewechselt.

Was natürlich nicht egal ist, dass es als Fotosceneryquelle nicht zulässig ist ohne Genehmigung von Google Earth.

Die Genehmigung dürfte aber eher unwahrscheinlich sein.
