Die hosts-Datei hat nix mit dem Browser zu tun, sondern mit dem OS.

Unter XP findest Du die in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

das ist mir klar.
ich wollte aber wissen wie ich im opera bestimmte domains blocken kann so wie oben gezeigt im IE. um eben NICHT die hosts datei editieren zu müssen. (weil es zaach is 100 server (wenn man sie ned so schön vorgepostet hat) einzutragen).

Ja, aber du wirst nicht drumherum kommen. Ich hatte die server auch eingetragen, aber trotzdem musste ich die Hosts-Eintraege machen, da er - zumindest beim Mozilla - trotz all dem versuchte, die namen auf IP-Adressen aufzuloesen.
