Du kannst das selber machen.
Öffne einfach die Aircraft.cfg Datei in einem Editor und füge folgende Zeile jeweils beim den fltsim sektionen ein:

visual_damage=1

Der entsprechende Abschnitt müßte dann z.B. so aussehen:
