ich hatte das gleiche problem mit meinem playstation controller,
hier der link bitte lese dir alles gut durch das wird normal nur bei den playstationcontrollern gemacht habe aber auch gelesen das es bei anderen pads klappen soll.

bin auf jeden fall für nichts verantwortlich lies dir alles gut durch, alle arbeiten geschehen auf eigene gefahr, melde dich dann bitte und schreib ob es geklappt hat.

ATTENTION!! The following steps need manual changes to the Windows-Registry and should only be made by people who know what they do! It´s not my fault when you make wrong changes or damage your windows!!!

Ok, here come the HowTo "add my Gamepad in FIFA so it is recognized and can be changed in fifa´s Controller-settings":

Open the regedit (Start->run->"regedit+<return>")

Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Open System
Open ControllSet001 (there could be more than one set of these... 002, 003)
Open Control
Open MediaProperties
Open Joystick
Open OEM
Now you find (at least one) possible a lot of entries like VID_0428&PID_4001 (and more)...
Open each one and look on the rigth Side for a Keyname "OEMName"
One of the entries hold in the Name of YOUR gamepad!

Doubleclick on OEMName and change the name to "Logitech DualAction USB" (for example! this is one pad fifa recognize).
With this changes you tell windows to give applications the (changed) new name of your pad. Fifa now thinks you have
an Ligitech DualAction USB installed and let you set your controller in fifa.

You can do a search inside the registry "STRG+F". But this is a critical way and you may change too much if you change all
found entries...
