Wenn noch Gewährleistung vorhanden ist (bei Gebrauchtwagen idr. 6 Monate), dann sollten die das imho schon auch kostenlos machen, oder zumindest einen Teil übernehmen...

Garantie ist halt immer so eine Sache. Da kommt es dann auf die Garantiebestimmungen an

hab grad nachgelesen ich hab genau das gemacht was im vertrag drinsteht, mein mechaniker hat dort vorhin angerufen und gefragt wie das mit garantie ist und die haben gemeint nein

eh nicht hab grad ne mail geschrieben und lass sie vom lukas durchlesen wo ich eben genau beschreib was ich gemacht hab und das ich erwarte das er was macht weil ichs nicht zu einem rechtsstreit kommen lassen will
