WPA ist bislang tatsächlich noch recht sicher, wirklich sicher wird/ist aber erst WPA2 mit AES-Verschlüsselung. Da die idR nur hardwareunterstützt implementiert ist, sinkt auch nicht die Performance im Gegensatz zu WEP oder TKIP.
