Ich find nämlich kein CELAR CMOS oder ähnlich . . .

a.) 10sek. umstellen auf 2-3 CLEAR INT.RTC (denke "Real Time Clock" oder so) @PC=Ausgesteckt
b.) Wieder umstecken auf Default (Standard) 1-2
c.) Einstecken & Boot

Dass da keine Pins sind, d.h. die Default short-Stellung ist eigentlich nie . . .

Aber ich überbrücke es mal mit ner Spitzzange . . .

BIOS-Passwort blieb erhalten...
Sämtliche Einstellungen auch...
und auf ein neues . . . dürfte da nicht ordentlich geschlossen haben . . .
Was heißt eigentlich "updating ESCD ..." da bleibt er nämlich stehen, ohne sich zu beschweren, dass kein Bootfähiger Datenträger vorhanden ist . . .

nein, da tut sich nichts . . .
und der eine Jumper bleibt unwirksam . . .

ps: Probiers länger ca. 20 Sekunden, oder mehr (kann nichts schief gehen, außer, dass die Bios-Batterie leer wird).....

Prinzipiell mal ins BIOS gehen und Load BIOS (oder SETUP) Defaults, HDD händisch oder mit Auto-Detect eingeben, RAM & Video/VGA Einstellungen kontrollieren. Bzw. natürlich alle restlichen Einträge im Bios....

ps: Falls das noch immer nicht weiter hilft als bis Updating ESCD..., dann alle Karten bis auf Graka raus, HDDs & CDs abhängen; es bleiben übrig: Mobo+CPU+Lüfter+Graka+RAM+Floppy+Netztreil. Booten. Falls Boot OKAY -> ausschalten und den Rest dazustecken (ev. nicht alle auf einmal)...

Klingt ja einleuchtend, doch das Problem ist nur, dass ich nichts verändert hab, außer dem BIOS reset . . .

Aber ich poste noch, was dabei herausgekommen ist!
