Maddog: Final news
And now, brothers, the last news for our hangar!

1. Today we are going to release the last screenshots of our MD82.
2. Maddog will be released in two version: one with Virtual cockpit and one without VC.
3. Version without VC: Made by Jetcity. They are the best in the universe! This version has been made for people that don't like to use Virtual cockpit. Ten great liveries Alaska, Alitalia, Delta, Meridiana, Scandinavian, Finnair, Spanair, Aeromexico, Swissair, and TWA. Fantastic and high realistic flight dinamic, approved by real MD82 pilots! There is not repaint kit in this version. If you want another livery you need to buy it on Jetcity website. In your MadDog 2004 package you can find a special coupon that will allow you to purchase JETCITY MD-80/90 package at a 20% discount. 4. Version with Virtual cockpit: Made by old Maddog team. Do you remember Mr. Taylor?
This version has been made for people that like Virtual cockpit. There is a little reduction of frame rates because, as you know well, all aircraft with VC are quite heavy for FS2004. Fantastic and high realistic flight dinamic, approved by real MD82 pilots! There is repaint kit in this version.
5. High tecnical manual. Operations manual, system description, normal and abnormal procedure. Lot of diagrams!
6. Some emergercy problem: like engine fire and so on!
7. Passengers loading simulator
8. hostess announcements
9. On screen take-off and landing data sheet with values updates in real time
10. take off and landing configurations
11. Real FMS - very hard to use!
12. GPWS system for radar calls
14. All aircraft feature airline-specific ground service equipment to add realism.

ich habe im ital. Forum von Lago etwas gelesen konnte es aber nicht genau deuten weil ich kein ital. spreche.

Ich habe das jetzt mal durch einen Translator geschickt. Das ist dabei rausgekommen.

Certo che ci saranno SID/STAR/AIRAC...abbiamo usato lo standard che utilizza PMDG e che potrete scaricare gratuitamente da NAVDATA. Tutto perfettamente aggiornabile e gratuito.

unload free of charge from NAVDATA. All perfectly aggiornabile and free.

Das ist eine gute Nachricht. Dieser Schritt auf bestehende Formate zurückzugreifen halte ich für sehr durchdacht. So muss man nicht für jedes neue Flugzeug Sid`s und Stars`s neu programmieren.

Für die neue PIC 767 II gibt es ja leider schon wieder ein neues Format.

Bin noch sehr zwiegespalten was die "MadDog" angeht. Auf der einen Seite war die UrVersion damals echt super, zum anderen gefällt mir das Cockpit (speziell die Perspektive) bei Lago überhaupt nicht.Und jetzt die Sache mit den zwei Versionen. Das finde ich auch nicht so toll. Wenn man irgendwann mal nen flotteren Rechner hat, und dann vielleicht MIT VC fliegen möchte guckt man in die Röhre. Oder man kauft gleich die VC Verion und stellt fest, daß sie nicht fliegbar ist...

Soweit ich verstanden habe gibt es nur eine kaufbare Version aber mit unterschiedlichen Ausführungen.

Weiss jemand ob die MadDog im NAV Display den Flugplan anzeigen kann ? Kann keinen Screenshot finden, auf dem das zu sehen ist. Ist aber wohl anzunehmen... Wenn die Möhre sogar FMS hst...

..gehe ich doch auch davon aus, dass im ND die Route dargestellt wird..
erst mal die ersten Reaktionen abwarten.
Die Aussenmodelle ohne VC von JCA sind wirklich allererste Sahne. Momentan fliege ich noch deren DC-9 zusammen mit dem F1-Panel und bin ausserordentlich zufrieden..
Jetzt freue ich mich auf die MD

Eine Frage: Welche Modelle werden denn bei der Mad Dog enthalten sein?
MD 80/81/82/83/87/88? Das hab ich bis jetzt noch nicht herausgefunden.
Ich hatte die alte Mad Dog nicht.
