Wow... Heute ist AMD Multiprozzietag... Nach den Quad-Systemen gibts heute dazu gleich noch die ersten Ergebnisse eines Dual Athlon Systems von NewsForge. Mit einem Mandrake 7.2 Linux Sys auf dem Tyan Dual Board mit 2 1200er T-Birds und 256MB DDR-RAM wurde ein neuer Kernel kompiliert, das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen: Runde 2 Minuten statt ganzen 4:51 mit nur einem Prozzie! Das ist mehr als 100% Leistungsgewinn, 142%... ROCK'N ROLL!!!
