IBM Bios?

Ich weiß zwar nicht ob ich in diesem Forum richtig bin, aber ich habe folgendes Problem.
Ich habe ein paar PC´s für unsere Schüler bekommen, kann aber nicht ins Bios der IBM´s einsteigen.
Ich sehen nicht einmal welche Prozzis drinn sind, schätze aber es sind P2 ab 233MHZ.
Welche Tastenkombination soll ich ausprobieren!

Probier doch mal gleich nach dem einschalten des PCs die "Entf" Taste oder die "F2" Taste.

Meistens stehst e wie man zum BIOS kommt. Zb gleich nach dem einschalten unten links oder rechts.
Da steht dann "DEL" oder "F2"...

Und welches MHz der PC hat sollte er eigentlich beim Start anzeigen und wieviel RAM zur verfügung steht auch!

Bei meinem IBM ist die f1 Taste, oder drück ganz am Anfang gleich vor dem Boot permanent irgendeine Taste, dann kommt "Tastaturfehler" und kommst ins bios.

How to access the computer setup (BIOS) on most brand name computers

Dell® computer
To enter the Dell setup or BIOS utility:
Press the DEL key when rebooting. If on a 486 computer, F2 may be used instead.
If on a Dell Latitude, press and hold the F2 key before starting the computer.


IBM® Aptiva
To enter the IBM Aptiva setup or BIOS utility:
Press the F1 key at the restart.


Gateway® 2000 computer
To enter the Gateway 2000 setup or BIOS utility:
Press the F1 key during reboot.
Note: On some Gateway computers the F2 key must be pressed (rather than the F1)


Packard Bell® Computer
To enter the Packard Bell setup or BIOS utility:
Press the F2 key at reboot.
On some models you may have to press the F1 key


Micron® Computer
To enter the Micron setup or BIOS utility:
Press the F2 key at reboot.


CompUSA® computer setup
Use the F2 at startup when memory is counting up.


AST® computer
To enter the AST setup or BIOS utility:
Press the CTRL-ALT-ESC keys at the same time.
If on a 486 AST computer, CTRL-ALT-DEL may be used instead.
If your computer is not listed above, there are some common key functions that can be used to access most brand name computers setup (BIOS).

Many computers display how to access the BIOS when the system is booting. Usually the BIOS is accessed by a key or key combination that must be pressed before the Operating System begins to load. Some common keys are ESC, F1, F2, F10, Ctrl-Del, or Del. Check the documentation that came with your computer to find out how to get into the computer setup.

Noch eine Anmerkung: F1 für das BIOS ist korrekt bei den meisten IBM. ABER dies funktioniert NUR beim Einschalten des Rechners, nicht bei Reset (oder STRG-ALT-ENTF).
