Wenn es sich um nach FS2K2 importierte Panels handelst, musst Du die Aircraft.cfg patchen:

The following adjustment in your aircraft.cfg file will allow both
NAV 1 and NAV 2 radios to work properly on all imported aircraft in
FS2002. Copy and paste.
