Notebook wird immer langsamer oder stürzt ab

Ja, das hat mein Firmen-Notebook auch.
(Dell D620 mit Core Duo).

Ich unterstelle, daß es ein Problem mit dem unausgereiften Intel Core Duo Prozessor und/oder Chipsatz ist.

Seit dem Bios-Updates gehts etwas besser.
Vor dem Bios-update hat sich das Notebook immer wieder beim Booten aufgehängt, das habe ich jetzt nur noch sehr selten.

Unlängst musste ich die Data Execution Prevention ausschalten, weil ich dauernd Blue Screens hatte.
Wieder mal ein Intel-Hardware Problem:
There is a problem with a hardware setting on the Dell Latitude D620 systems.
This setting is called data execution prevention and it is on every new machine on standards.
This setting (D.E.P.) prevents malicious code from being run on a system.
It appears that this DEP is causing the BSOD.
It is also a software setting on Windows XP but is not as effective as the hardware setting so it seems that if the hardware portion is turn off the software setting does not cause the BSOD.
Our workaround for right now is to go into the BIOS and disable the D.E.P. setting.
You can do this by going into the security section of the BIOS on most systems and disabling DEP (sometimes referred to as CPU XD Support on the Dell systems)

Aber dieses Problem daß das System irgendwann nach längerem Arbeiten langsamer und instabiler wird habe ich nach wie vor.
Da hilft nur ein Reboot, dann gehts wieder besser.
Bis das ganze aufs neue auftritt.

Ich unterstelle wie gesagt daß die Architektur einfach noch nicht ausgereift ist.
