Ostfriesland 3.0 brauchst du nicht mehr.

Zitat aus Readme.txt:

Installation:

* first extract all into a temporary folder
* move Ostfr40 and Ostfr_LC into the "FS2004\scenery" or "fS2004\addon" scenery directiory
* add these three items to your scenery library; please add the "Ostfr40" folder last, so it will be at the highest position of these three
* copy the four *.bmp-files in the main directiory into the FS2004\texture directiory

Installation of FS2004 AI-traffic:

* move the "traffic_ostfr.bgl" into the "scenery\world\scenery" directory of FS2004.

Zum Schluß müsstest du 2 Verzeichnisse haben: Ostf40 und Ostfr_LC (Ostfr40 = höhere Prio = Oben in der Szenerie-Biblothek oder unten in der CFG).

Dann läuft das auch.
