hast du auch das net-fameworks 2.0 von microsoft installiert?
ohne net-framework funktioniert das ccc (catalyst control center) nicht!

aus den Catalyst Release Notes
Caution: The Catalyst™ Control Center requires that the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 be installed. Without .NET version 2.0 installed, the Catalyst™ Control Center will not launch properly and the user will see an error message.

falls du aber das net-framework bereits installiert hast, besorg dir mal den cat-uninstaller und entferne damit mal alle alten treiberreste und danach installiere den treiber nochmal neu!
