Auch wenn dieses Thema offensichtlich von begrenztem Interesse ist: mittlerweile habe ich auf der Download-Seite von Navigraph folgende Aussage gefunden (bin mir nicht sicher, ob die vorher auch schon da stand):

* Notice to Windows Vista users: nDAC 3.0 is not yet fully Windows Vista compatible due to technical problems with our testing platform. We are working on resolving these issues and will release an update when ready. If you want to be notified about this, please sign up and you will receive a notification e-mail.
