Cessna 172SP Update für den FS9

INSTALLATION GUIDE
*************************
This aircraft will work ONLY if you already have the default C172 SP installed in FS2004.

To install, please follow these step by step instructions:

1. Open your FS2004\Aircraft Folder in Windows Explorer

Deutsch 1. Öffne deinen FS2004\Aircraft Ordner im Windows Explorer.

2. Make a copy of your entire default C172 Folder.

Deutsch 2. Erstelle eine Kopie vom vorhandenen Default C172 Ordner.

Mein Senf zu 2. Benenne diese Kopie um, in Copy of c172.

3. Paste the copy of the default C172 folder in your aircraft folder.

Deutsch 3. Füge die Kopie des Default C172 Ordners ( Mein Senf dazu: der heißt ja nun Copy of c172) in deinen Aircraft Ordner ein.

4. You should now have TWO complete C172 folders, one of which is named "Copy of C172". Now re-name the Copy of C172 folder to RealAirC172.

Deutsch 4. Du hast nun ZWEI komplette c172 Ordner, einer davon heißt: Copy of c172. Nun benennst du den Copy of C172 - Ordner um in RealAirC172.

5. Open the RealAirC172 folder and Delete the following sub-folders:
Panel.ifr
Texture.1
Texture.2

Deutsch 5. Öffne den RealAirC172 Ordner und lösche folgende Unter-Ordner:
Panel.ifr
Texture.1
Texture.2

DO NOT delete the first "Texture" folder or the main "Panel" folder! As an option you can also delete the existing C172.air file and the aircraft.cfg but this is not important as these will not be used when you use the replacement files.

Lösche NICHT den ersten "Texture" Ordner oder den ersten "Panel" Ordner! Als Option kannst du auch die vorhandene C172.air Datei und die aircraft.cfg löschen, aber das ist nciht so wichtig weil sie nicht benutzt werden, bei Benutzung der Ersatz-Dateien.

6. Now open the zip file you downloaded. Please make sure you have "folder options" enabled in Winzip. Click on extract and make sure that the files will be extracted to the RealAirC172 folder by browsing and finding that folder in the browse menu of winzip. Now click on extract and all the replacement files will be placed in the correct folders. You will be asked if you want to "over-write" some of the files. Click "Yes". If the files do not extract properly into the correct folders this is because you did not enable folder options in Winzip. You can still manually install these files when you find where they were extracted too.

After extracting the files in this package you will see the structure of the RealAirC172 folder is the same.

Deutsch 6. Nun öffne das gedownloadete Archiv. Bitte versichere dich das du die "Ordner Option" gewählt hast in Winzip. Klick auf Entpacken und stelle sicher das die Dateien entpackt werden in den RealAirC172 Ordner, indem du im Menü des Entpackers den Pfad zu dem Ordner angibst.
Nun klickst du auf entpacken und die ersetzenden Dateien werden in die richtigen Ordner kopiert. (Mein Senf dazu: So Gott und Windows das will) Bei der Frage auf Ersetzen: Ja/Nein - klickst du auf Ja. Wenn die Dateien nicht korrekt in die korrekten Ordner kopiert werden hast du die Ordner Option bei Winzip nicht ausgewählt. Du kannst auch die Dateien manuell kopieren wenn du weißt wo sie hingehören.

Nach dem entpacken der Dateien ist die Struktur im RealAirC172 Ordner die gleiche/selbe.

7. Copy the 8 files from the folder "Gauges" of this package into your Gauges folder of FS 2004. You will be asked if you want to "over-write" some of the files. Click "Yes".

Deutsch 7. Kopiere die 8 Dateien vom Ordner "Gauges" des Pakets in deinen Gauge Ordner des FS 2004. Bei der Frage nach Überschreiben von einigen Dateien, klicke auf *ja*.



Könnte den Rest mal jemand anderes weiterübersetzen, ich muß zur Disco (Tanz in den Mai) - Sorry, aber ein sehr wichtiges Event hier im Osten


8. Now open your RealAirC172 folder and check that the RealAirSImulationsC172SP.air file and aircraft.cfg are in that folder. You can open the aircraft.cfg file in notepad to check that it refers to the correct aircraft. You will also see the install instructions.txt file (this file).

9. Start Fs2004 and load the RealAir C172 by going to the aircraft menu. Find the CESSNA section, and you will see the RealAir C172 listed in the C172 list. If this does not appear, or the aircraft does not load, then you have installed incorrectly.
