yes, offsets for FS time and zulu time are available in fsuipc.
So its possible to make a clock with any 7-segment digit capable IO-board.

Alternatively PM now has a clock in the software. The newest 737's, 747 and 777's have LCD clocks, so these are easily realized within Project Magenta.

On a bigger budget, flightillusion (www.flightillusion.com) has anounced absolutely great looking boeing clocks. with needle and digits. Priced around 250 euros, but not being shipped yet.
