Mike Ray's eBooks: PDF nicht druckbar

Nu hat sich Mike Ray gemeldet:

"Hi Christian,
I have received your e-mail and you have raised an issue that is an important one.
Right now we are trying to decide if allowing the printing of the downloaded document constitues a violation of copyright laws. I will have a decision regarding this matter shortly and I will get back to you."

Damit ist zunächst mal klar, dass es sich nicht um einen technischen Fehler oder ein Versehen handelt.

Was ich nicht verstehe, warum kann ich ein PDF von Mike Ray (Checkride 737) ausdrucken und das andere (Flying the Boeing 700 series) nicht? Vom Copyright sehe ich da keinen Unterschied... Und hat er nicht selbst das Copyright?
