ich zitiere mal das panels SDK:
The panel and gauge developer can specify three colors in the panel.cfg for “Day”, “Night”, and “Luminous.” Day and Night effectively determine the maximum and minimum brightness of the panel. Luminous specifies the color that can be applied to the luminous sections of the gauges.

und dies ist die entsprechende section in der panel.cfg:

[Color]
Day=255,255,255
Night=30,20,12
Luminous=255,255,255

einfach mal mit den werten spielen. es sind übrigens RGB-werte.
