you need a clean EURW/EURE folder before installing UT-Europe.

In the EURW scenery folder you will find some bgl's with the ending *.at4 if i remember. Simply remname it to bgl and install UT-Europe. Then deactivate athwy.bgl, atrdl.bgl, atrdl1.bgl, atrail.bgl, athyp.bgl in the Flight Simulator 9\atp2004\atpvis folder. You can continue using the Objects, Mesh, and Landclass.
