Hi hat schon jemanden den Java high-performance compiler von ibm verwendet oder verwendet ihn immer noch ? Hält er was er verspricht ?

The VisualAge for Java Enterprise Toolkit contains a high-performance static compiler for Java that compiles Java bytecodes directly into optimized native (object) code. Unlike JIT compilers, this static compilation occurs only once, before execution time.
