I dont understand all you saying here but one thing i know for sure and that is that the support of PM is very good and they dont let you wait 2 weeks for a answer. Even if enrico, katy or jonathan are busy they answer normaly within a couple of hours back. Maybe you did something wrong. Just suggest you to email your problem to
support@projectmagenta.com.
If your PFD/ND is out red lines only try to hit the INIT button on your CDU. Otherwise make sure you have the NETDIR correct. If you have your flightsimulator installed under program files you will have a problem because you cant share that folder and the only solution will be than to install the FS direct under C:\
I also still have some wierd problem. By the PMtest it always say that my MCDU is not on while it is ON and working but it seems for some kind of reason it cant find it but the wierd thing is that it works ok here for me it gets info and when i push buttons it also send info again so i have no clue as well what that can be...
Try to download the manual of the boeing cdu there are some explains for program it i have the airbus so i cant help you on that because the cdu's are not the same and i also still try to figure it out here a bit but the example Flightplan did show things on my ND so i think bit more study here needed :P
