Alle Dinge die man Einstellen kann findet man, wenn man about:config in der Adressleite eintippt.
Ich kenne die Optionen nicht, aber f) könnte man vielleicht mit browser.download.manager.useWindow einstellen. Kann aber auch sein, daß man ihn damit deaktiviert.
