Hallo Niko, ich glaube er macht es sehr gut. Der Capt. (also immer noch ich!) lege beim TO die VR fest. Natürlich erfolgt auch von mir der Ausruf V1 und VR, der FO zieht hoch . Von mir kommt Climb + Rate, der FO wünscht Gear up und ich mache es. Einfach sehr real. Später übernehme ich das Commando wieder. Als Beleg siehe den Auszug aus dem umfangreichen Tutorial.

The FO will then release the parking brake and advance the throttles to 40% N1.
He’ll pause for a moment at 40% N1 to let the engines stabilize, then he’ll advance
the throttles and engage TOGA. All you have to do is click the POWER SET, 100,
V1 and VR buttons at the right time to make the associated callouts.

The FO will smoothly pitch the nose up to about 17 degrees give or take.
