Mit Pegasus Mail:
1. Get a copy of WinCode from
http://cws.internet.com/programs/wncode.zip If the filenames of
these attachments are long file names, you might want to find
one of the 32 bit decoders to do this task. It must be able to
accept a file via the commandline.

2. Run WinCode and enter PM$ in Options | Configuration | Decode |
Decode extensions

3. Enter a directory for where you want files to be decoded in
Options | Configuration | Decode | Decoded file directory

4. Create a new mail filter based on some unique criteria in the
message that has the encoded file and then chose the option 'Run
a program' and select wincode.exe.
