Ich habe kein XP. Aber auf www.guru3d.com gibt es einen 31.40 WHQL und der erste Kommentar zu diesen Treiber auf diesen Board ist:

These are the best drivers for TNT, Geforce, Geforce2 and an MX cards. If you have one of these cards then do not waste your time with any 40.xx drivers. The 40.xx drivers only have improvements for GF3 and GF4 cards as these drivers enhance the pixel shader and vertex shader functions. These shaders are part of the DirectX 8 specification and are not built into MX cards or pre-GF3 cards. Users of MX420/440/460, these cards have the same functions as a MX200/400 card. They do NOT have pixel or vertex shaders.
