Bei den Eigenschaften der Netzwerkkarte gibt es unter erweitert einen Punkt "Link Speed/duplex Mode" probier mal dort alle kombinationen aus. Hat mir beim umgekehrten Problem (Nic funktionierte nur direkt, nicht über switch) geholfen.
