Added - Now Outputs ZFW, MTO and Max fuel load to kneeboard reference page

Fixed - Process not closing on loadedit shutdown

Fixed - loadedit reading incorrect config data on all scheduled

Also new installers to add Loadedit Kneeboard features and ensure reinstall does not wipe CFG data.

Please note ANY NEW INSTALL or REINSTALL MUST USE V1.3 Installers
