Mike Ray's eBooks: PDF nicht druckbar

Mit Ghostscript habe ich's schon versucht. Mit folgendem Ergebnis:

Dass das file ein Passwort braucht ist mir klar. Das habe ich ja auch, kann's aber über Ghostscript wohl nicht eingeben...
