Wieso? Wenn es nicht installiert wäre, würde es nicht diese Meldung rausschicken können.

Entweder, Du willst es direkt benutzen, dann tu halt das, was es sagt, oder Du benutzt es über ein "Front end", dann tu halt das damit, was das Front End möchte, sprich:

You need to obtain the SCASM Scenery Compiler by Manfred Moldenhauer and place the file scasm.exe in the "Tools" subfolder of Scenery Builder.
