Problem mit USB STICK

Hallo !

Habe ein Probnlem mit meinem USB Stick!

Er wird vom Kernel erkannt und auch richtig eingebunden!

Jedoch wenn ich den Stick mounten will dann bekomm ich diese meldung:

fdisk -l liefert diese Ausgabe:

und wie kann ich denn automount für den stick verwirklichen?
