com domain transfer- dringend

hy! ich brauch eure hilfe, check das noch nicht ganz. also das ganze ist so


firma x ist inhaber der com domain(registrant), admin c ist jet2web, registrar ist schlund+partner.


die domain soll zu xy-hosting umziehen und registrant soll firma y werden.

wer ist da für was zuständig? so wie ich das gechekt hab gehts so:


xy-hosting authorisieren die domain an sich zu ziehen. die setzen sich mit jet2web in verbindung und schwupps ist admin-c xy-hosting.(muss jet2web dazu schlund kontaktieren? xy-hosting sagt die andren sollen das tun, sie könnten nix beeinflussen)


dann vertrag zwischen firma x und y machen, über übertragung der domain. den vertrag reicht xy-hosting bei schlund+partner ein und schwupps gehört die domain ("registrant") der firma y. ?


ist das richtig? geht das nicht irgendwie auf einmal? schlund is in diesem fall der "verwalter" von .com domains, also die stelle die die einträge macht und verwaltet, also die stelle die die domain lockt und admin a+c einträgt? hat networksolutions was damit zu tun? warum gibts schlund überhaupt, warum macht das nicht ripe?

das ganze macht eine bekannte, die hat keine checkung und whois abfrage (bei ripe kein ergebnis, bei schlund erst eins)erbringt derzeit:

was bedeutet das lock active??? die bekannte hat mir gesagt networksolutions hat ein mail and fa y geschickt und da hakt die sache derzeit, aber nwsolutions is doch gar nicht im spiel?
