Achtung, die Pestinenz (Freiherr Günther von Gravenreuth, bekannt aus dem C64 Spiel "Kill Gravenreuth") ist wieder Unterwegs und sorgt für Schlagzeilen, hier der Zitat aus Sharereaktor:

At April 23, 2003 Firstway Medien GmbH had a new idea of making money from the name "emule": Represented by the lawyer's office Günter Frhr. von Gravenreuth & Bernhard Syndikus, the name "eMule" has been registered as trademark. Since the 08.01.2004 it's a registered trademark at the German patent office.

On the February, 1st 2004 Firstway Medien GmbH represented by Frhr. von Gravenreuth & Bernhard Syndikus moved to attack. They started off with one of the biggest German eMule sites, eMule.de by threatening them with an injunction and demanding that they stop using their domain name. As virtually all web pages using the name eMule are now in danger of the same fate, the eMule-project.net team decided to work together with the owners of eMule.de to defy Firstway Medien GmbH and to delete the eMule trademark. Now that they have shown their true intentions, an expensive legal confrontation is inevitable. Hoping to get the necessary financial resources to win this fight we created this page to keep you informed about the progress.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft wann hat das endlich ein Ende. Da wird ein bereits verwendeter Name plötzlich als Markenname registriert, wahrscheinlich weil die Herren auf dem Amt wieder mal ihren Schwarzen Koffer erhalten haben, und die Pestinenz, die schon das gleiche mit dem Namen "Explorer" vor Jahren versucht hatte, ist wieder mal dabei. Ich hoffe dass ihm endlich mal die Betrugssausübungserlaubnis... sorry, meinte Berufsausübungserlaubnis endlich entzogen wird.
