FDC läuft via WideFS auch auf einem Client. Wichtig in diesem Zusammenhang ist dieser gern überlesene Hinweis in der Readme-Datei:

When using FDC on a client pc you will need to have a shared drive mapping
to your FS installation drive. FDC will still function without this but it will not be
able to read from the aircraft.cfg file, from which it retrieves a lot of useful
information.
