ISP konfigurieren?!?!?! hlp plz!

folgendes......das habe ich vom support bekommen.

If you are able to connect to everything else normally but have specific difficulties logging in to anything with "eve-online" in the title, it's possible that your ISP has blocked eve-online.com due to the invitation mail that was sent. Some ISPs have a sort of blacklist for sites that send out junk mail, and it has happened on more than one occasion that eve-online.com has been mistaken for a source of spam due to the large number of invitations sent out simultaneously from our mail server. So before we do anything else, we'd like to ask you to check with your ISP to see if they have any of the aforementioned filters or spamguards in place, and if they could lift them so you can gain access to our web sites.

muss ich da jez mit meinem provider in kontakt treten oder kann ich das manuell einstellen?
