Problem mit Nedstat-Statistik...........

Ich habe ein MyNedstat-Konto (Basic) eingerichtet, Antwort-email bekommen, Code in die Page eingefügt und..... nix funktioniert.
In einer Zeile sei ein Fehler aufgetreten, ein Object fehle, nur, ich hab es ja kopiert und nichts verändert.

Wenn ich meine MyNedstat-URL: http://www.mynedstat.com anklicke, um das Konto zu überprüfen, bekomme ich folgende Meldung:

"Authorization Required
An invalid username and or password has been submitted. Therefore we could not log you in. Please check your MyNedstat account name and password (both are case-sensitive) and try again.
You do need a MyNedstat account to log in. It is not possible to log in with your Nedstat Basic 2.0 counter name and password.

If you don't have a NEW MyNedstat account yet, please create one. Go to our Service area. Here you can create a MyNedstat account and add new or existing counters to it."

Wo liegt mein Fehler (vermute, ich habe kein Konto), wieso bekommen die ein falsches passwort, wo ich doch keine Eingabe getätigt habe ?
Kann mir wer helfen ??
