Apache PHP Installation funktioniert nicht

Auf den Aufruf von: http://127.0.0.1/index.php kommt bei mir:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, blabla@blabla.at and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Die Index.html funktioniert der Aufruf ohne Probleme.

Bei der Installation habe ich die Installationsroutine von Apache aufgerufen und anschließend das PHP5-gz-File in Apache2/php kopiert.
Anschließend die php.ini in windoof und phpxyz.dll sys32.

anschließend noch modifikationen in die httpd.conf und php.ini, aber ich hab jetzt x-mal kontrolliert und weiß nicht, wo der fehler liegt...

Ich hab keine Ahnung ob der Fehler in der httpd.conf oder in der php.ini ist, ode
