Bin zu faul zum Übersetzen ;-)

- improved panel clickspots for overhead
- new panel clickspots on overhead
- transparent windows on overhead allowing access to lower clickspots on main panel
- hidden fuel cutoff switch is located at dark area above icing switches (right click)
- access overhead via clickspot located on window strut. Click on window strut in overhead view (bottom of screen) to return to main - panel view
- alternatively switch from main to overhead and back using the same (old) clickspot on the main panel as it remains visible
- NEW optional 2D and virtual Cockpit with "torn and worn" look, just like a real Twotter workhorse would look like after years of service!
- new custom built GEAR gauge for all amphibious versions
- fixed menu delay
